Would you prefer all characters have same length tasks?

Also characters that have joint tasks with other characters should also have a separate solitary task in the same length.

For instance, Smithers should have an additional 1hr task by himself.
Bernice should have additional solitary 4hr & 8hr tasks
Rex Banner should have a additional solitary 8hr task
Hugs Bunny should have a additional solitary 8hr task

And so forth
