Writer's Building only temporary?
The writers building is 80,000 cash. It doesn't cost doughnuts. As for temporary, the game does not indicate that it is a limited item. It shows that it is required to complete the When Worlds Collide Quest.

It's part of the Simpsomorama Wpisode Tie-in. Come Monday, both the Mutant Rabbit & the Writers Building with Matt Groening will be gone.
