I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT RECIEVED REFUNDS. BUT I WAS LED TO BELIEVE THAT I WAS GETTING ACCESS TO MY ACCT AFTER THE UPDATE AND WHEN IT CAN I WAS STILL LOCKED OUT OF ME ACCT. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED. BY THAT TIME I WAS A LITTLE UPSET. I CALLED ITUNES AND THAT IS WHEN I FIGURED OUT I WAS SCREWED.
SO LET ME SAY THIS ONCE AGAIN I UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE ARE GETTING REFUNDS BUT IM MY CASE I GOT SCREWED
