Your character MUST be on "jobs" to receive Valentines Cards

Think they fixed the friend glitch. I just checked every town that me it wasn't updated earlier. I only got that one, and they hadn't signed for a week.

Yeah, what is required to receive hearts seems to change daily.

The other side though is when visiting, you should have a chance to get hearts as well.

And while its hit or miss whether you get one, the constant seems to be that if the character associated with the building is not on task they can get a heart, but the visitor will not.

So, what is the argument against putting characters on tasks?

I don't think it matters either way, so do as you wish! Tasked or taskless, the Valentine needs to be collected by the user before another Card appears. It doesn't seem like the "regeneration" process is any different than last night, just variances in what prompts the Cards....I guess that's what we've learned....for now...

Like I said, it seems random. But the one constant I have seen is that non-tasked characters don't generate hearts when people visit. They might not get hearts if the character is on task anyway, but this seems to consistent.
