100 friend limit

I love the arrows to move through the neighbors, but it is taking some getting used to. I still tap the old neighbors icon on reflex every so often.

Oh, no I cannot add more than 100. Can hardly handle the 90+ I have when there is no event. I'm even wondering how long I should give my current neighbors to update.
