No, they gave away a lot of donuts at Christmas so they're not likely to do it again this soon. But I'm happy with money for nothing :-)

Go to your build menu, select the Bart Cupid and it should be there.

Seeing as it ends in a couple of days I used my hearts for about 80,000. Brought a couple of plots with it.

The deal buying bags of donuts with Santa coins got me to buy donuts with real money. The only time I've spent my money on the game. I fell 6 donuts short so I broke down and bought a dozen. I have 8000 hearts and probably won't bother grinding them, I have no real need for Simpsons cash.
