- That is the same exact problem I have it bothers me. I heard changing your privacy settings could work but it didn't for me. I think the only real way to fix this is with an update on the ios version, hopefully they can fix this soon.
- My husband had the same problem -- I could see his Springfield on my Android, but he couldn't see me on his iPhone. He had to log into his game on my phone to be able to do his daily visit to my town. After about three weeks, I suddenly appeared in his friends list on his phone.
Two things had happened the day before I appeared...
1) We finally found the log out button in Origin on his phone, so he logged out, closed and reopened the game, and then logged back in again to see if it made a difference. (Originally, it didn't.)
2) There was a game update (Moe's new suit was released)
I don't know if either of those things made a difference or if it was just time. I had read on various forums that it can take a couple days for a new, cross-platform friend to appear. Three weeks seems a bit excessive, though, so I'm assuming it was one of the two other events that finally triggered it. - Thanks for the reply but it didn't work for me, I really appreciate the help though.
I did fix my issue though. Since I am on an iPhone i added another person who was on iPhone and all of my other Android friends popped up now, so anyone else who has the same problem try that!
