Bad Dream House

I re-designed my town yesterday and I moved my Bad dream house. Now everytime I log in there is a new bad dream house at the old spot. I place it in my inventory but then when I want to place 'that' one down in my city it says
"*Already built!"
What should I do?

Edit: I now have 2 in my town and 2 in my inventory
