Bought donuts last night- now everything I bought is gone

Is your entire Springfield reset? Or just the stuff you purchased with the donuts? If it's your whole town, make sure you are still logged into Origin. If it's just the new stuff, and your donuts have not been returned I believe you have to contact the iTunes store for a refund.

    I'm still logged in and all of my other stuff is still there- just the stuff I bought with the donuts and the new characters I got.
