Characters that can/can't be given cards
I never seem to be able to give kumiko a card but perhaps friends of friends have already given one? The abominable snowman gets one

I have yet to be able to leave a card for Judge Snyder or Kumiko. But the guy dressed as a candy cane can receive one. (I don't have him, so I don't know the character's actual name.)
