Characters that can/can't be given cards
I never seem to be able to give kumiko a card but perhaps friends of friends have already given one? The abominable snowman gets one

I've been given cards for Snyder and Kumiko (and Candy Cane Kevin) but not JubJub or the zombies/racoon/turkey/other non-task characters
