Coin wheel spin annoying
I've been trying for mr plow and haven't gotten him yet

The very first time I spun the wheel I got the Mr. Plow skin. As I was hitting the button to go back to my town my connection was lost and when I got back into the game I saw it hadn't saved the skin for me. I got the coin back and spun for $1000. Been trying to win mr. Plow ever since, but have only gotten snowmen and cash.
