Does anybody know when the friend point event will end?

It will never end.

Plus we don't know if there's an update right after saint Patrick's day

What happens:
1. You no longer collect FP
2. You get $90 per action (and some increased amount of XP)
3. You have a 1/200 chance of finding a donut in a friends town

When the next level is added, you will be leveled up (similar to XP).

A 1 in 200 chance not taps not visits

Ah, gotcha! I just visited about 90% of my friends and got four donuts, so I guess the odds are just in my favor. Makes me regret the last week or so of tapping friends' Krustylands for that 1 extra XP. Oh well, live and learn...
