You should save a bit more, you get donuts at every level up. Max level you get to play the 1, 2, or 3 donut game. I would save for Moleman, but he is one of the rarest one you can get free. Ins...

I like him for two reasons. Firstly he's cheap compared to others (only 120D) and secondly you kinda get a character, building and decoration all in one. The character bit is obvious, you get Otto. It is technically a building as it pays out at intervals but in terms of design I treat it as a decoration rather than a building as it helps to supplement the look of the Elementary school.
Otto can also visit KrustyLand if you care about that.
