Events level
Does anyone know what level you'll need to be to play the upcoming event that starts tomorrow?

None. Doesn't matter what level everyone is at when minor or major events happens.
Unless of course some players have only gotten into like the first 20 levels or up by level 50 when an event has started, they likely would decide to skip it if they didn't have room for anything when they haven't been that far int he game yet.
