Extra task while in krustyland, is it a bug?

it might be but probaly not, i have this happen alot, and its annoying as frick, i am in KL and all of a sudden a ton of SF task come up did they come up the whole hour i was fricking around in SF? NOOOOOOOO! they HAVE to come right when i goto KL and end up going back and forth 10 danm times, and yes i had task show in KL of SF and not show in SF but usaly would fix after a few *years* (a while).
