Hi.
I have had the same thing in my sf. After my game reset back to level one and I got it back that task just wouldn't continue. All others are up to date and I have all buildings but that one.
EA are looking in to mine and have said that the quest line has deleted its self from the my game. Been waiting awhile now for mine to get fixed so put a ticket in ASAP.
Allso if you get the police van one of the tasks it ask you to do uses the two characters you get with the house and that courses more problems. So if you not got that yet then don't till its fixed.
