Gil Back-to-school sale?

Gil popped up when I was one of my side accounts on my android today offering Otto (and other things) for 70 donuts. He hadn't shown up on my main account on my iPad, and when I switched over to my main account on the android, still no Gil. I thought maybe it was because he was talking to Lisa, so I freed her up from Krusty Land, but no luck.

Any thoughts anyone? 70 donuts would be a great deal I'd love to take advantage of...
