Groundskeeper Wima's task

I just got Groundskeeper Wilma from the mistery box She has a quest : drink at Joe's...
Since I don't have this building, she can't progress in her questline.
Is there any way around this problem, or do I just have to live with her in my task list until maybe Joe's tavern ever will be re-released?

    And someone obviously didn't see this one coming.
