I got the Twirl 'N Hurl, but I don't have any quests. I've had Bart in and out of Krustyland, has anyone else seen this, or do I maybe need Homer, who I've been keeping in Springfield because he has 4 or 5 quests that I'm trying to get through?? :D

I literally got this like an hour ago. I cleared Bart's Springfield task. I went to Krustyland. Bart was by the entrance with a !. Said to place the ride. I did. Said it was complete (instant build). Then Bart got another !. Said to ride for 16 hours. Sent him on that right then and there.

So if you went to Krustyland and placed it before letting Bart trigger it, then I'd put it back in the inventory. Let Bart trigger it in Krustyland.
