How do I get rid of Halloween characters?

I noticed that when I put the Aztec Wheel, the Mayan disappeared, and no laser or spaceship, no Kodos. What happens if we store the House of Evil (even though it makes cash)? The cemeteries, the Bad Dream House?
The house of evil, cemeteries, bad dream house does not make any difference to any of the characters, you will only lose the daily cash you receive from thee buildings when you store them.
