how many friends allowed?
Don't quote me on this but it is either you have given to many friend requests today, the player you are trying to become friends with doesn't play anymore, or it is a glitch.

I guess the friends I was trying to accept ate maxed out. Out of 20 requests, like maybe 8 wouldnt let me. Its working :)
