You haven’t stated your multiplier. Do you have all 5 beach hideaways and upgraded them? Do you have all the main Springfield Heights buildings out in your town? A few more links that may have some relevant info:

I would get on those hideaways ASAP. Its a quick 100% addition to your multiplier.
