No update in google play store
I can see a new event has started but there is no update in the store at all nor when i go to play the game. Any reason why?

There are various ways to refresh the update pages on devices. On iPads you touch the screen in a blank spot and drag down until you see a swirly thing appear. On Samsung there's a Refresh button. Do a google search for "refresh updates "
