Opportunity to finish Thanksgiving quest?

So I got a very late start to the Thanksgiving quest (thanks to a 2.5 week wait for EA to fix my rolled back game).

Any idea if the thanksgiving quest will disappear with me in the middle of it when they move on the X-mas update sometime this week? or will have still have a chance to finish it while X-mas quests start?


It's possible, if you worry about finishing it in time, I'd say time to pull out some donuts. I'd imagine you can complain to EA if they take the quest line away, but if you want to make sure it's finished, I'd definitely get donuts. Thankfully there isn't many longer ones, the main thing is the joint ones.

I don't think anyone on the forums has ever seen the event questline disappear as we typically finish it in time. So unfortunately you'd be our beta tester for this topic.

    It's probably not worth spending all those donuts just for a 'pet' Turkey...
    (they gave me 50 because of what I went thru)

    So I'll just play it out and see what happens.

    Follow the guide at the top and make sure be ready with the next quest.

    Also you can always wait until 4 or less hours are left and use 2 donuts to speed that up. It'd save you a few donuts.

    I hope you'll be able to. I started playing halfway through the Halloween event and when the event ended I had just started Moe and Lisa visit the Freakshows. When they ended that the questline kinda fell off so no free donuts for me from Mr. Burns "Confessing". :cry: Good luck.

    I'm able to continue through the quest chain on my feeder town so it looks like if you've started it, you can complete it.

    Agree with your assessment completely. I see the Thanksgiving quest as an entertaining Thanksgiving-themed way to kill time than something one should go through to earn any sort of prize.

    If you are in a spending kind of mood, go with the Casino.

    Lisa has to do 2 things at once now.... 24 hour "secret assignment" task to stop me from gathering turkeys

    I think you can still finish the quests for thanksgiving but i dont think you will get the turkey at the end
