Past characters
I myself am after Mafia Tom- there are rumours he may become available soon as a premium character. This is all speculation, of course.

These were limited time characters, or in the case of Mr. Plow, skins for existing characters. Not much else is known. It would make sense for them to bring them back at some point, though. McDonalds has their limited time items that end up coming back every year (Shamrock Shake, McRib, etc). Just because it's limited time doesn't mean it's get them before they're gone. Best of luck!
