Probes?? What do we do with the Probes?

You collect probes for prizes. It's the current currency for Part 1 of the Halloween update. you collect like 3000 probes for the Mutant Peacock and 8050 for the donut torture machine. You will get silver and gold treat bags in between the 1st prize and last.
