You are promoted based on the ratio of posts and time registered (I think you must be at least 1 month registered to be promoted)
The longer you are registered for, the less posts you need to be promoted
The more times you post, the less longer you need to be registered for (but at least 1 month)
sweet....back to spamming....i did just bombard all 3 mods with messages trying to promote my account....guess it was useless...need to format my guide/walkthrough
