Removing inventory items

Does anyone know if there is a quicker way to remove items from inventory. Ex: If you have multiple items of the same item can you remove more than one at a time? It's a pain to have to scroll thru the same items to get to the item 30-40 items into the list each time. I know they are somewhat alphabetical (?) but still if the item you want is at the end, you scroll, scroll, scroll....well you know what I mean. Help!!
