Safe to level up?
After having been thru the HoD 4 times, I leveled up & have not had a problem since the last update. Per EA, the problem has been resolved: https://help.ea.com/article/the-simpsons-tapped-out-harp-...

I'm not so sure I leveled up last night and sure enough HOD number 3.
As for the donut glitch I haven't gotten a single extra donut yet.
