Saint Patrick Day Event 2014 ***WALKTHROUGH*** [SPOILER ALERT]

Awesome! I've got the update, rivers are green... but I don't have any quest... and no character is actually out on a quest right now. Anyone else experiencing the same?

PS Kudos on the appropriate use of "Paddy's" vs "Patty's". "Paddy" = "Patrick", "Patty" = "Patricia"

    So the well is needed in order for Cletus to catch Leprechauns? Was the well available recently? I don't see it available now. Was it limited time only and I missed it? Cash or donuts?

    it was in the Saint P. Day event that just ended.

    Yes both last year and this year the well was 150 donuts.

    I think with the limited items they are able to disable with a timed method - so that is why it was removed without an update. And that's why the water is still green - since that requires an actual update.
