Now that you mention it, I think they did. My feeder town has about 100 tiles. Yesterday I accidentally tapped it and it cost 15000 and 3 days for my next one. I haven't looked at the table in the FAQ...

I've got about 40 tiles by now.
The last ones cost me $10.000,- and took two days to build (as they should - according to the table)
Today I paid only 5.000,- for a 24-hour-build.
Either the boardwalk sections have become cheaper or there is a glitch. I will tell you tomorrow if the tile was ready after only one day. :)
