This illuminati-esque update is completely disturbing, though I do like that they don't wipe your emblems after you gather enough.

No, you can send all of the appropriate characters but only one I'd necessary to advance.

I hope it's like other quests where you can start early and just don't tap until the quest is given. I would have started Skinners 24hours the night before If I had know.

I have not run thru all his tasks yet but other threads say only the 4 hr task is outdoor
