Are your donuts gone too? If hard restarting (remove from taskbar and relaunch) doesn't work, you'll probably have to contact EA for a refund (of donuts or cold hard cash).

Thanks for the responses all. Try the Hard reset but it didn't work so EA give me my donuts back... Not sure if I want to try and buy it again. I think I'm going to wait until squid port comes out
