Couple questions though, what are the odds of receiving each treat bag from the kids trick or treating, and what are the odds of receiving each crafting item from those treat bags? Also, I receiving two Ammo from either a treat bag or squishing rigellians, (sorry not sure which, perhaps someone else can clarify) so there is another method for receiving those.

And brettolmsted, THANK YOU for mentioning to check your inventory! I've been finding all kinds of stuff in there every so often! I did notice once that I got a Human Test Subject in one treat bag, and three Spooky Walls in another, so I'm thinking that's where the random premium objects are coming from. I've never seen anything from tapping aliens other than the THOH currency items or treat bags.

I would say that it is. I was getting one currency per tap and when I bought the license I started getting two per tap.
The license has no effect on aliens in my own town.

The license is an item purchased by using Donuts. You can find it in the shopping menu.

I just got the UBO, but it disapear from my game.. i can't find it..
When i took it off from my inventory it just vanished.
Is it because Mr. Burns is not free?

Yes, the UBO is just a skin for Burns, like the Stonecutters. Once Burns is free, you'll be able to switch him to the UBO skin (or it may switch automatically, as I believe the UBO questline will start on its own when Burns is free).
