UFO not always appearing

In my experience so far the UFO seems less frequent in towns I visit that haven't had their 24 hour timer reset yet but yes, sometimes they do show up there. Seems more frequent in towns where I can squish aliens.

No, the UFO's that appear in neighbor's towns will NOT appear in your own town.

    UFOs appear in neighbor towns at random. The only UFO that will show up in your town is if you don't already have Kodos. Kodos will be in the UFO and the only way to shoot it down is to buy the ray gun for 150 donuts.

    UFOs is hella random

    last night i went through 22 towns before one showed up
