Valentine heart strategy
Seem to be collectable from buildings associated with a character only.

I've gotten 0, 1, 2, or 3 hearts visiting other peoples' Springfields. I haven't gotten any in my own, though, even though it looks like some people have visited me. That's the part of the game strategy that's really confusing me: in order to maximize hearts for and from my game friends should I leave my characters free? Send them to tasks? In buildings that have dollar signs/menus/registers uncollected? So far I have no clue.
