a way to go out in Ranked when you choose a fighter

Does anyone know if there is a way to go out in Ranked when you choose a fighter so that you don't get banned for 30 minutes?

Hi I´m playing ufc 5 on xbox series s but the game is not working correct. Some xp is not being added to the game and the game looks like with problems It´s the first time this happens.
