I have tried it many times, even all the electricity in my house is off, the message still appears

I used Ps5

I don't mean to be rude, but of course that troubleshooting route won't work. The issue is on the side of the provider – and the update broke it. It's also widely reported across users. Any statement if you are on top of this issue? EA_QueenBee
