Missing Pre-Order or Deluxe content

I did pre order the deluxe edition but didn’t get the alter ego’s and Mike Tyson,…

how can I fix it?

Were we not suppose to get some ufc points with digital deluxe ? Because I sure didnt get any

Same mine are not showing up either.   Looks like I have all preorder fighters (welterweight Bruce Lee showing locked though).   

Yes welterweight bruce lee for me also locked the rest is unlocked except the points that i didnt get

Same here.  Not sure if missing anything else but definitely missing welterweight Lee and my 500 UFC points.  After never getting my stuff from ea pga tour I’m not optimistic here  that this will be fixed.

Thanks but what about the UFC points should those have showed up by now?

Same. Figured that would be the easy part 

I didn't get any of the deluxe feature except from early access
