Missing purchased item from the in-game store

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just bought the item and it messed up. I’ve bought stuff before, but this is the only time it hasn’t given it to me.
What happens when the bug occurs? I bought the green tracksuit item from the in-game shop and it didn’t show up in my clothing tab in create a character.
What do you expect to see? My Green Tracksuit (legendary top) in my clothing section of the create a character.

This is the only time this has happened, but I bought an item from the in-game store and it didn’t give it to me. When I go back to the in-game store, it says I own it.
