Please help me!Purchased the Robbie Lawler-UFC195(Alter Egos) is Locked

Product: UFC 5
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug I purchased the Robbie Lawler-UFC195(Alter Egos) in UFC 5 Store on March 12 for 18000 coins but the Alter Egos is still locked in [FIGHT NOW] menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the FIGHT NOW menu, you can see the Robbie Lawler-UFC195(Alter Egos) locked. I will provide screenshot.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Robbie Lawler-UFC195 is locked and I cannot use.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to use the the Robbie Lawler-UFC195(Alter Egos).

    Sorry to hear you still haven't had this content show up. In some cases it can take up to 24-hours for that to finish processing and unlock, but it sounds like that timeframe has already come and gone here.
