Re: Pre-order and DLC fighters locked

  • I purchased the UFC 5 Deluxe Edition for Xbox Series X and all DLC fighters / content is locked.  I have tried resetting game, console, and uninstalling / reinstalling.  This is really unacceptable.  This is over a week later since my post.  Still no reply or fix.  Come on EA this should be a simple patch to fix all the issues mentioned.  Also the welterweight Bruce Lee issue is ridiculous.  Nobody buys a new game through the old game.  This is almost comparable to the 2020 Cyberpunk 2077 issues.  All talk and no action or initiative to fix the game.

    Three weeks later and there is still not a fix.  I submitted a ticket to EA Help and have gotten no response.  What now?  @EA_Mako

    Are you still having this issue ? I got the deluxe edition on Xbox series s. I can't access chuck lidell, tito Ortiz, dan Severn, and a few others.

    My issue still remains with no resolution in sight. At this point I’ve just accepted the loss and I was robbed. I will never be buying from EA again. 
    as far as the characters you are talking about, I’m pretty sure they’re only unlockable though in game challenges and purchases.
