Same issue. I had a chat with support and they tried to say it’s on Xbox’s end but will be doing everything in their power to get to the bottom of this matter. This is also known as they don’t care and won’t do anything to fix their error.

Thanks. Same problem, got 5 hours letf but can't access it because my time it's "supposably" finished. That's not right and other people have the same issue, and can't have any support or help... It'll be nice to get some support to have acces to the 5 hours letf.

Tried to do this but it just says select platform and the option is broken so it won't let me talk to anyone. How can I speak to an advisor if you're system is broken. Followed the troubleshooting and it doesn't work.
Same problem. Cant contact anyone at EA because the select console link is broken on their website. Even bought the game and still cant play cuz off this 5 hour trial error screen. Not able to contact anyone to resolve so just bought an unplayable game.
Same problem here. I also have the screen saying i have less than 5 hours left.

Hey folks,
Thank you for the posts reporting these issues with the trial length.
It's good to double-check that you're fully shutting down the console after finishing your playtime rather than using any features like Quick Resume, as that can sometimes cause the trial time to continue counting down.
With that said, based on these reports it certainly sounds like something else may be going on, and we're currently looking into this further. If we have any other updates we'll share them here, thanks for hanging in there in the meantime!
