UFC 5 Online Modes Glitch When Bell Rings

Summarize your bug When I select online, I can chose game mode, select my fighter, then it shows them in the ring. As soon as the bell rings, the game glitches, repeats the bell ring and some of the commentary intros for about 10 seconds, then says 'game unexpectedly ended' or 'Connection has been lost'.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For me, it's just trying to start any online game, ranked, career, blitz or quick. Isn't affecting everyone, but multiple people have posted on here about the issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Commentary does fight intro and camera zooms into ring, once bell rings fighters freeze, camera cuts back & repeats the zoom, intros etc for around 10 seconds, before error message is shown or a player quits.
What do you expect to see? Expect fight to start & I am able to play game.
I have spoken to live chat multiple times and not found a solution.
Have tried:
- Turn it off & on again
- Reinstalling
- Deleting save data
- Safe Mode Clear Cache & Rebuild Database
- All troubleshooting from Live Chat
Not a connection issue on my end, other games including EA FC run fine.
Offline modes all work fine.
Agent said they are aware of this as a global issue, then when I contacted again today, agent said 'there is no known issue regard this game reported by the studio team yet'.
Please can someone advise how players can fix, or when EA will be updating us on the problem.
