Fix skill based matchmaking

Just fix it. Make it more accurate and ban people that exploit stupid **bleep**. Like that’s just not how fights work. It just isn’t. And to sit here as the developers and act like you don’t know what’s going on is just ridiculous. I’m being literally robbed of ranked wins. I do so much more damage yet somehow someway they’re still standing and haven’t lost ANY stamina. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to fix it. Just do it.
