Puerto Rico, Panama, Costa Rica, Pinellas County FL cities

There's no Puerto Rico and Costa Rica and Panama or Pinellas County, Florida cities such as Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg in the game as a hometown in CAF mode, that really bothers me for some years now...Can you guys add these?
