I've been experiencing this since I had the early access. It's super horrible. I'm glitching out both off and online. The referee is just glitching. Sometimes I hit my opponent but it doesn't have any damage or I just glitch away from my opponent. I've tried contacting EA but their chat bot just redirects me to a phishing FAQ page.
You’re absolutely right, and you’re not the only one. It was better at release, and even during early access. Now it’s just awful; it’s impossible to play in any style. Only in stupid spam for Topuria, Conor, and Pereira!
No matter who you pick, you’ll get a punch in the face.
It only works if you set up near the net and land hooks to the head and body. Then the game will help you win because there will be a stunlock.
The developers have gone to the extreme and put in zero effort to actually make the game properly.
Each new patch just breaks the game online. The further we go, the worse it gets.
But hey, there are new fighters and skins — that’s great! But what’s the point if you can’t even play the game…
