Failed to redeem code

Hi EA, I just received my code for the playtest and attempted to redeem it from my phone app. It said redeemed, but then the download file is nowhere when I logged into my console. The profile I use...

    I had the same issue until I discovered that you need to go to your Full Game Library and there I found the Beta to download. Check if that works for you.

Mine was the same, download didn't pop up and now I can't redeem the code again as it says I've already done it
