I got the Problem that i had it in my scheduled and it disappeared

I got 1400 hours in UFC 5 and it Just disappeared from my scheduled without a Email Key.

Is there any Hope for me left and can I Play the Beta? I was playing UFC 5 very much and it would be disappointing if i got removed this suddenly
